In our ancient and modern world, challenges and problems always arise in societies, and this leads to thinking about finding appropriate solutions, which may sometimes lead to failure. A person can keep evolving until they discover the perfect solution. This is human nature, which always searches for innovation and development to improve living conditions and the desire to survive. Nations that prioritize scientific research and technological development thrive and progress, while those that ignore it lag behind. Scientific research involves systematically seeking solutions to problems in a rigorous manner. It is a fundamental pillar for nations striving for renewal and advancement, enabling them to transition from traditional economies to knowledge-based economies, which leads to significant growth and transformation. Therefore, prioritizing scientific research should be our primary goal to advance our beloved Egypt, which deserves our utmost efforts. We must foster an encouraging environment free from traditional methods to keep up with remarkable scientific advancements and achieve sustainable development. To achieve this desired progress, Pharos University has developed a plan enhance the key components of scientific research. This includes research projects, research groups, centers of excellence, and the capacity building of researchers and Labs. Their outputs can be later transformed into innovations, patents, products, and internationally published scientific papers. This plan aligns with the national strategy, scientific research laws, and international standards, focusing on specific objectives, key areas, implementation strategies, and performance metrics.
